It seems somewhat of a joke, to members of the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day-Saints, to make light of being late. A common phrase of excuse heard all too often is, "Mormon Standard Time."

I was brought up by a Mother who taught me that being on time was being respectful to others.

In this day and age of everyone having an excuse for everything, we would do well to change the old phrase of "Mormon Standard Time" to the new determination, "Mormon's Stand For Being On Time."
